VMM BREATH INTENSIVE Course

What's included?

A group learning environment of a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 8 people. We keep the group small intentionally to ensure that everyone receives individual support throughout the process.

LIVE Virtual Intensive Sessions

4 x 90 min LIVE Virtual Intensive Sessions (Attendance is Mandatory)

* Learn the VMM Breath through a series of exercises, processes and practice in a LIVE Virtual Setting from the comfort of your own home and receive group instruction and individual attention.

* Assess where you are at and measure your progress throughout the course and have the ability to measure your progress moving forward, after the course.

* Each of these classes will be recorded and posted in the VMM Breath Intensive Online Course area for reference, review and practice.

Online Video & Material Course Support

* Gain access to the VMM Breath walk-through & exercise instructional videos & printable handouts

2 x 30 min LIVE Virtual Q&A Office Hours

* If you need more support, join your VMM Master Teacher for the LIVE Virtual Q&A to clarify any concepts or to double check your process is correct.

Our goal is to ensure you leave our 22-Day Intensive having achieved significant steps forward in your learning to master breathing for singing using our VMM Breath system. So please make use of the Q&A Office Hours to get the most out of the course and level up your breath game.

What we guarantee

We guarentee that if you apply everything we are offering in the VMM BREATH INTENSIVE that you will experience a noticeable improvement in your breath and stamina from before the INTENSIVE to afterwards, because our method works. It's not bias, it's science. However, this noticeable improvement depends on your practice between INTENSIVE Sessions. The amount of practice you are willing/able to put in during this INTENSIVE will be indicative of the amount of change you notice.

We cannot and would not guarantee that this INTENSIVE will ensure that you are able to sing using only your diaphragmatic support. No program should ever guarantee this since the practice of learning how to truly only rely on your diaphragmatic support to sing takes many years, as it is a trust exercise in letting go all of the other 'fake' support systems you were using first. It is impossible to predict when a singer is ready to have a breakthrough of this nature.

Our VMM BREATH INTENSIVE will explain how to sing using your diaphragmatic support, and get you practicing these skills through our VMM exercises, but the degree to which you allow your diaphragm to actually support your voice for you, is dependent on your willingness and readiness to let go of other forms of 'fake' support that you have been relying on up to this point. We will cover this fully in the INTENSIVE ;) We hope to see you there!
