VMM BREATH INTENSIVE Teacher Certificate Course

Course Description

A group learning environment of a minimum of 3 Voice Teachers and a maximum of 6 Voice Teachers. We keep the group small intentionally to ensure that everyone receives individual support throughout the process. In the VMM BREATH INTENSIVE Teacher Certificate, you will personally experience the VMM Breath, and the process. Then you will learn to teach it.

LIVE Virtual Intensive Sessions

3 Weeks, 4 Sessions + Q&A/Office Hours + Personal Assistance

4 x 90min-2 hour LIVE VIRTUAL INTENSIVE Sessions (Attendance is Mandatory)

* Learn the VMM Breath through a series of exercises, processes and practice in a LIVE Virtual Setting from the comfort of your own home and receive group instruction and individual attention.

* Assess where you are at and measure your progress throughout the course

* Learn how to teach the VMM Breath & learn the process to teach it to your Students. You will have clear markers to measure the progress of your students moving forward, after the course.

2 x 30 min LIVE Virtual Q&A Office Hours

* For more support, join your VMM Master Teacher for the LIVE Virtual Q&A to clarify any concepts or to talk through process, either personally or in teaching the VMM Breath.

Our goal is to ensure that you leave our 22-Day Intensive having achieved significant steps forward in learning to master the VMM Breath teaching system. We expect you to have measurable results personally and offer those measurable results to your voice students. We love a win-win!! So please make use of the Q&A Office Hours to get the most out of the course and level up your breath game so you can help your singers level up too!

What will I recieve?

You will receive a digital badge for use on your website, social media or other advertising to demonstrate that you have been certified in the VMM Breath. You will also receive a package delivered to you of the VMM Breath tools before the program begins, and a professionally printed certificate mailed to you, upon completing the certificate program.

VMM Breath Package for Teachers

We want you to have everything you need for success in this course, so we will send you a package of all the course materials to your mailing address before the course begins. We're going to let this part be a surprise, and you can play around with your materials before the course starts, but we will fully explain how we use everything in the INTENSIVE.

Online Video & Material Course Support

* Each of the classes will be recorded and posted in the VMM Breath Intensive Online Course area for reference, review and practice.

Requirements

We take Voice Teachers only. If you are a Singer wanting to start teaching voice, and this is your first step to doing that, that works too!

In order to receive your certification, you will be required to attend all 4 Breath Intensive Sessions, while Q&A Office Hours are optional. You will also be required to have your video camera on at all times during the Session. This is a colaborative learning environment, and crucially your VMM Master Teacher, must see you at all times to ensure you are receiving the highest level of training.

Fellow Voice Teachers, please have a song ready to use for this course. It doesn't have to be extrememly difficult, but it would be interesting to choose one with long lines as to explore the idea of sustaining breath over longer periods. You're welcome to have more than one song ready for the course to explore these ideas of course too!

For Session 1, you will be required to have a space that can accommodate a yoga mat on the floor and a yoga mat for you to lay on. You will also need this for Session 3.

For Session 3, you will be required to have a Student or willing participant to practice teaching the VMM Breath to. You will also be required to have a space that can accommodate a yoga mat on the floor and a yoga mat for your student/participant to lay on.

What we guarantee

We guarantee that if you apply everything we are offering in the VMM BREATH INTENSIVE that you will experience a noticeable improvement in your breath and stamina from before the INTENSIVE to afterwards, because our method works. It's not bias, it's science. However, this noticeable improvement depends on your practice between INTENSIVE Sessions. The amount of practice you are willing/able to put in during this INTENSIVE will be indicative of the amount of change you will notice.

We cannot and would not guarantee that this INTENSIVE will ensure that you are able to sing using only your diaphragmatic support. No program should ever guarantee this, since the practice of learning how to truly only rely on your diaphragmatic support to sing takes many years, as it is a trust exercise in letting go of all other support systems you were using first. It is impossible to predict when a singer is ready to have a breakthrough of this nature.

Our VMM BREATH INTENSIVE will explain how to sing using your diaphragmatic support, and get you practicing these skills through our VMM Breath exercises, but the main goal is to learn how to develop your breath muscles, coordination, and relationship through innovative techniques. We will cover this fully in the INTENSIVE ;) We hope to see you there!

The program cost above includes the full VMM BREATH INTENSIVE Teacher's Certificate, your VMM Breath Package mailed to you before the INTENSIVE starts, and your VMM Breath Certificate mailed to you also after you have completed the INTENSIVE.

There will be no refunds after the cut off period as space is limited and we're holding a place for you. Also we are mailing our VMM Breath packages to you so you have them by the time the INTENSIVE begins.
