Terms and Conditions: VMM Masterclass Series

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Vocal Mastery Method 6-Week Virtual Vocal Masterclass (the "Program"). By registering for, purchasing, or participating in the Program, you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not register for or participate in the Program.

2. Program Structure & Capacity

Duration & Performance Opportunities: The Program runs for a total of 6 consecutive weeks and includes at least three (3) designated opportunities to perform during live sessions.

Class Size & Minimum Enrollment: To ensure personalized attention, enrollment is strictly capped at a maximum of eight (8) participants. Furthermore, the Program requires a minimum of three (3) participants to run.

3. Registration Cut-Off Date

Deadline: Registration closes strictly one (1) week prior to the official start date of the Program. No registrations will be accepted after this cutoff date.

4. Payment and Strict No-Refund Policy

Finality of Sale: Because class size is strictly limited to only 8 spots and requires a minimum of 3 participants to operate, all sales and tuition payments are final and strictly non-refundable.

Impact of Cancellations: Late cancellations or refunds directly prevent others from taking an available spot or jeopardize the viability of the class running for enrolled peers. Therefore, once payment is made, you are locked into your seat for the full duration of the Program, and no refunds or partial credits will be issued under any circumstances (including missed classes or changes in personal schedule).

5. Participant Code of Conduct

Vocal Mastery Method is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all vocalists.

Respectful Environment: Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or disruptive behavior of any kind toward instructors, staff, or fellow participants will not be tolerated.

Constructive Feedback: Masterclasses involve vulnerable artistic expression and critique. Participants agree to receive feedback professionally and offer supportive encouragement to peers.

Removal: Vocal Mastery Method reserves the right to remove any participant from the live sessions and/or terminate their enrollment immediately without refund if they violate this code of conduct.

6. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

Ownership: All curriculum, instructional videos, vocal exercises, slides, handouts, and proprietary teaching methods provided by Vocal Mastery Method are the intellectual property of Vocal Mastery Method.

Use Restrictions: Materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Don’t share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any course content.

7. Media Release & Recordings

Class Recordings: Live masterclass sessions may be recorded by Vocal Mastery Method for educational, archival, and quality-assurance purposes, and to provide catch-up and review access for enrolled participants.

Consent to Use Likeness: By participating, you grant Vocal Mastery Method the irrevocable right to use your voice, image, name, and likeness captured during live sessions for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, without compensation or prior notice. If you have privacy concerns regarding performance recordings, you must notify support prior to the start of the program.

8. Limitation of Liability & Health Disclaimer

Physical Exertion: Vocal training involves physical exertion of the vocal cords, diaphragm, and body. You acknowledge that you are physically and vocally fit to participate.

Injury Waiver: Vocal Mastery Method, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any physical injury, vocal strain, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Program.

Results Disclaimer: While we strive to provide world-class vocal coaching, Vocal Mastery Method makes no guarantees or warranties regarding specific vocal breakthroughs, career advancements, or commercial success resulting from the Program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vocal Mastery Method operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
